Have you ever wondered what Vinyasa yoga is, if it’s right for you, or if you’re doing the poses correctly? Here is the opportunity to discover it and wake up your body for the coming summer!
Viniyasa Yoga is a yoga in which the movements follow one another in a continuous flow and with fluidity. It is an energizing yoga that invites the whole body to move harmoniously.
In this workshop, you will discover the history of Vinyasa yoga and its different styles. You will learn and practice some Vinyasa “flows” and each pose will be presented step by step. Finally, we will do a short Vinyasa sequence to wake up our bodies and prepare us for our summer activities.
