Yoga for joints

Free the body and more particularly your joints through the practice of yoga. Gentle exercises, practiced in coordination with breathing, are among the first therapeutic yoga techniques taught by the master, Swami Rama of the Himalayas.

They are designed to help:

  • Improve flexibility, strength and overall body awareness
  • Release tension in the joints
  • Make joints more mobile
  • Reduce pain Improve posture and balance Increase circulation throughout the body
  • Restore natural vitality
  • Rejuvenate the body and mind with guided breathing, relaxation and brief meditation.

These simple, enjoyable stretching exercises can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age, skill, flexibility or mobility. In particular, you will benefit greatly from this workshop if you are an elderly person, with reduced mobility or if you suffer from arthritis and rheumatism.

Yoga for the joints is therefore the basic preparation for yoga and physical activity, minimum maintenance for our body. It is part of the practice of the 8 stages of yoga and includes the restoration of diaphragmatic breathing, the development of quality breathing for a quality life, simple yoga exercises and postures for the joints, systematic relaxation, a systematic and natural preparation for centering/meditation.
