Postural Yoga

A traditional yoga practice, accessible to all and where the postures are adapted according to the level of each person. The postures are mainly performed statically in order to tone the deep and stabilizing muscles and put the body back on its axis. Give postural direction to the body and respiratory direction to the breath.

When you perform a posture, you must completely and totally absorb yourself in it, with dedication, devotion and attention.
