Chair Yoga

Inspired by Hatha Yoga, chair yoga is specifically designed for people with physical limitations. It’s a gentle fitness approach where each person progresses at their own pace and in complete safety. Participants will be offered safe exercises and breathing techniques to improve mobility and flexibility.
